By using UrbanFake, creating an account, or viewing content, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Service.
2. About the Service
UrbanFake is a community platform allowing users to:
create and manage an account ;
publish content ;
comment and interact with other users ;
view content ;
report content or behavior ;
block certain users ;
use the features provided by the platform.
UrbanFake allows users to share information, opinions, analyses and interpretations in order to encourage discussion and the exchange of different points of view.
UrbanFake does not determine whether a publication, statement or opinion is true or false.
Published content reflects the views of its authors and does not necessarily represent the position of UrbanFake.
3. Minimum Age
UrbanFake is reserved for people aged 15 and above.
By creating an account, you declare that you meet this age requirement.
Where required by applicable law, the use of the Service by a minor may require authorization from their legal representative.
4. Account Creation and Use

content infringing the rights of others ;
illegal activities ;
fraud ;
identity theft attempts ;
phishing ;
malware ;
abusive spam ;
technical manipulation of the Service.
Disagreements, criticism, different opinions or debates between users do not, by themselves, constitute a violation of these Terms.
7. User Content
You remain the owner of the content you publish.
Publishing content on UrbanFake does not transfer ownership of that content to UrbanFake.
However, you grant UrbanFake a license necessary for the operation of the Service in order to:
host your content ;
display it to relevant users ;
ensure its technical distribution ;
perform operations necessary for the operation, security and moderation of the Service.
This license does not constitute a transfer of ownership.
8. Reporting
UrbanFake provides tools allowing users to report:
content ;
comments ;
behavior ;
accounts.
A report does not automatically mean that content will be removed.
Each situation may be reviewed according to its context and applicable rules.
9. Moderation
UrbanFake may take action when these Terms or platform rules are violated.
These actions may include:
warning ;
visibility limitation ;
content removal ;
temporary restriction ;
account suspension ;
account deletion.
Moderation aims to enforce platform rules.
It is not intended to determine which opinions or interpretations are correct.
10. Appeal of a Moderation Decision

11. User Blocking
UrbanFake may allow users to block other users.
Blocking limits certain interactions but does not replace reporting when problematic behavior is identified.

Users may request deletion of their account through the available features.

Certain data may be retained when necessary to:
comply with a legal obligation ;
ensure security ;
prevent abuse ;
manage technical backups.
13. UrbanFake Intellectual Property
Elements belonging to UrbanFake, including:

logo ;
design ;
interface ;
software ;
original content ;
remain the property of UrbanFake or their respective rights holders.
